Return & Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Refund Policy (With Limited Exceptions)

All sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases where a replacement is not available due to the item being out of stock.

In any case where a refund is issued, the delivery charge is non-reversible and will not be refunded. This will be ₹120 for prepaid orders and ₹160 for COD orders (per item). If the quantity increases, delivery charges may vary accordingly.

2. Size-Related Returns Are Not Accepted

For any product where size matters (such as drain covers, organizers, fittings, etc.), we clearly mention the exact dimensions in the product description or in product images.
Please double-check the size before ordering.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for orders placed with the wrong size, as this is not considered a fault in the product.

3. Return & Replacement Timeframe

To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 2 business days of delivery.
Claims made after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Eligibility for Replacement

A replacement may be offered if the product:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Is defective
  • Is incorrect (wrong item delivered)

If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.

5. Required Proof for Claims

To process a return or refund request, please email us at support@waresbase.com with the following:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the issue (unedited)
  • Photos of the product and original packaging clearly showing the damage or error
  • Order details including order number and delivery date
